Adriana began her career in Intellectual Property in 1988 and joined CastilloGrau Abogados as a partner in 1990 after earning her law degree from the Universidad del Rosario. With over 30 years of experience in Intellectual Property, she has developed strategies for the registration and management of trademark, industrial design, and patent portfolios, as well as litigation and negotiation of agreements related to intellectual property rights in various industrial sectors. She has completed numerous courses and seminars related to intellectual property law.

Lawyer from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana with over 30 years of experience. He has postgraduate studies in Communications Law from the same university, Intellectual Property from Franklin Pierce School of Law, and Conciliation and Arbitration. He has advised both national and international individuals and companies on portfolio management, intellectual property law, litigation, and unfair competition. He was part of the research team for the Intellectual Property chapter in Colombia's negotiations for the FTAA (Free Trade Area of the Americas). He is a member of professional associations such as ACPI, ASIPI, INTA, AIPPI, and FICPI, actively participating in some of their boards and/or working committees.

A law graduate from Universidad La Gran Colombia, with a specialization in Industrial Property, Copyright, and New Technologies from the Universidad Externado de Colombia. She has additional education in Entertainment and Image Law and Fashion Law. Laura is an expert in creating and executing strategies to protect and defend intellectual property assets for individuals and companies, both national and international. Her approach is based on understanding clients' business needs to provide the best consulting, advisory, and support experience. She has extensive experience in procedural matters related to lawsuits before the Council of State and the Administrative Tribunal, conciliations before the Chamber of Commerce, and pre-judicial settlements.

Patent engineer with 22 years of experience in drafting, analyzing, and prosecuting patent applications in the fields of electrical and electronic engineering, mechanical engineering, and civil engineering. He has studies in chemical engineering and biomedical engineering, and extensive knowledge of intellectual property laws and national and international patent procedures. Samuel has excellent research, technical analysis, and communication skills, with a strong ability to collaborate with inventors and development teams to protect technological innovations.
